With years of experience in for-profit, non-profit, education, and government, Rob and Merry provide organizations with a unique understanding of how organizations work. Personally, Rob and Merry met in college and have shared a passion for education ever since. They fearlessly share that they have completed each stage of their education together and have shared the same passion for helping others achieve their potential.
Dr. Rob Stenson, Ed.D.
Co-Owner
Rob started building an understanding of organizational and workforce development in middle school when he began working in the families outplacement company and he has never stopped learning about what drives intrinsic motivation and economic mobility.
Profit / Private Business Experience
Rob has worked as a turnaround specialist in small and international sized organizations. From small family run businesses to multiple state and business unit organizations, Rob has helped organizations build brands, segments, and teams that increase top and bottom line revenue.
Government and Workforce Development Agency Experience
Rob spent many years developing and managing work-based learning programs under the Department of Labor Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
Education Experience
Developed business and industry lead training programs (credit and non-credit). Rob has been highly vocal about integrating factors of workforce development into the post-secondary education programs.
Nonprofit Experience
Nonprofit organizations deliver an incredible amount of value to the community. Rob has worked diligently in informal advisory roles and formal board roles to help create develop organizational stability.
Bilingual – at least in the organizational sense.
Business, nonprofit, government, and education all speak different languages. When it comes to collaborating, these differences often derail programmatic success.

Merry Stenson, M.Ed., M.Sl.
Co-Owner
Merry is passionate about motivating and supporting k-12 and post-secondary education students. She has a long history of helping individuals understand their workforce potential and education pathways. Merry’s research has included an understanding of factors of intrinsic motivation and student success.
Education Experience
Merry has over 20 years of K-12 where she worked with students to identify education pathways. Merry is passionate about the quality of education including accreditation, scholarship, and the rigor education partners are required to follow.
Merry has consulted with post-secondary organizations regarding industry led education programs and the associated programmatic requirements for successful post-training employment.
